I love working with dozens of people across different teams, trying to make sense of complex systems that affect real people's lives. Over 15 years, I've learned that the best design work happens when you can get everyone on the same page about what we're actually trying to accomplish and why it matters. I've had the privilege of working on everything from helping agents board airplanes more smoothly to visualizing complex cancer treatment journeys to applying human-centered design to technical API platforms.

What drives me is that moment when you see a solution click into place—when stakeholders stop talking past each other, when users can finally accomplish what they came to do, and when teams feel proud of what they've built together. I'm naturally curious about how organizations work and how people work within them, which has helped me bridge the gap between big-picture strategy and the day-to-day realities of getting things done.
